Customer Support Representative - escalations (Las Vegas, NV)

Rivermark Fox Auto Group is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on escalations for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer estimates, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
