Customer Support Representative - escalations (Jackson, MS)

Foxglove Wren Energy Group is an energy provider in Jackson focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our escalations. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including service connections, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
