Customer Support Representative - escalations (Houston, TX)

Bluepeak Willow Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Houston. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on escalations. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Houston. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including clinical evaluations, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
