Customer Support Representative - escalations (Detroit, MI)

Foxglove Ivory Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Detroit with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on escalations. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including deposit accounts, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
