Customer Support Representative - escalations (Dallas, TX)

Westbrook Cross Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Dallas, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our escalations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including collection routes, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
