Customer Support Representative - escalations (Columbus, OH)

Foxglove Umber Hospitality is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on escalations for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including food costs, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
