Customer Support Representative - escalations (Colorado Springs, CO)

Foxglove Rook Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Colorado Springs plant, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our escalations. You would join a small organisation of about 64 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including machine downtime, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
