Customer Support Representative - escalations (Colorado Springs, CO)

Cedar Vista Press is a printer and publisher in Colorado Springs serving local and national clients, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our escalations. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer orders, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
