Customer Support Representative - escalations (Charlotte, NC)

Stonegate Wilder Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Charlotte. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on escalations. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including regulatory submissions, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
