Customer Support Representative - escalations (Birmingham, AL)

Cedar Drift Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Birmingham. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on escalations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including contractor visits, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
