Customer Support Representative - escalations (Birmingham, AL)

Rivermark Hollow Environmental Services Partners is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on escalations for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 260 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including recycling loads, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
