Customer Support Representative - escalations (Birmingham, AL)

Foxglove Haven Water Authority Partners is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on escalations for water quality, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including water quality, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
