Customer Support Representative - escalations (Anchorage, AK)

Amberfield Drift Facilities is a facilities company in Anchorage with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on escalations. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer sites, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
