Customer Support Representative - escalations (Anchorage, AK)

Clearpath Lakeside Telecom Partners is a telecommunications provider in Anchorage focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our escalations. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including service installations, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
