Customer Support Representative - escalations (Albuquerque, NM)

Bluepeak Summit Manufacturing is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on escalations for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including scrap and rework, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
