Customer Support Representative - escalations (Albuquerque, NM)

Westbrook Corner Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Albuquerque. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on escalations. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer estimates, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
