Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Virginia Beach, VA)

Redstone Sparrow Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including service connections, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
