Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Virginia Beach, VA)

Highbridge Sparrow Legal Group is a law firm in Virginia Beach serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our billing questions. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including trust accounts, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
