Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Virginia Beach, VA)

Bright Fern Freight Group coordinates shipments and warehousing around Virginia Beach, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our billing questions. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including carrier rates, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
