Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Toledo, OH)

Summit Wren Inspection Services is an inspection company in Toledo with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including test reports, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
