Customer Support Representative - billing questions (St. Louis, MO)

Fernwood Sparrow Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of St. Louis. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including proof of delivery, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
