Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Spokane, WA)

Foxglove Cross Facilities is a facilities company in Spokane with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer sites, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
