Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Spokane, WA)

Redstone Ashton Inspection Services is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on billing questions for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including client sites, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
