Rivermark Glen Hospitality is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on billing questions for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 827 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including supplier orders, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
