Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Savannah, GA)

Cedar Oak Legal Group provides legal services in Savannah across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including billing records, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
