Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Savannah, GA)

Amberfield Ivory Inspection Services Holdings is an inspection company in Savannah with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our billing questions. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including client sites, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
