Customer Support Representative - billing questions (San Diego, CA)

Summit Juniper Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around San Diego. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer tracking, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
