Customer Support Representative - billing questions (San Diego, CA)

Bright Mill Freight is a San Diego logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including dock schedules, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
