Customer Support Representative - billing questions (San Diego, CA)

Northwind Union Foods is a San Diego food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including cold storage, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
