Customer Support Representative - billing questions (San Diego, CA)

Greenridge Ivory Banking Services Group is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on billing questions for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including account openings, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
