Customer Support Representative - billing questions (San Antonio, TX)

Nova Loom Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in San Antonio, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our billing questions. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer complaints, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
