Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Salt Lake City, UT)

Bright Yarrow Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including client sites, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
