Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Salt Lake City, UT)

Bright Rowan Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including equipment calibration, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
