Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Sacramento, CA)

Summit Thistle Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Sacramento. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer onboarding, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
