Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Umber Facilities Group and adding a Customer Support Representative whose main responsibility will be billing questions. You would join a large organisation of about 781 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including safety inspections, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
