Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Richmond, VA)

Summit Nest Markets is a Richmond retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including store inventory, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
