Customer Support Representative - billing questions (Reno, NV)

Greenridge Forge Civic Services is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on billing questions for budget submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including budget submissions, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
