Customer Support Representative - billing questions (remote)

Nova Oak Banking Services Group is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on billing questions for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 957 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including account openings, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
