Customer Support Representative - billing questions (remote)

Foxglove Granite Financial serves customers across Virginia Beach with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our billing questions. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including loan applications, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
