Customer Support Representative - billing questions (remote)

Foxglove North Manufacturing is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on billing questions for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including production lines, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
