Customer Support Representative - billing questions (remote)

Clearpath Field Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Wichita region, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our billing questions. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including warranty claims, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
