Customer Support Representative - billing questions (remote)

Foxglove Basin Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Hartford, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our billing questions. You would join a large organisation of about 243 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer specifications, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
