Customer Support Representative - billing questions (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Bright Medical and adding a Customer Support Representative whose main responsibility will be billing questions. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including complaint handling, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
