Customer Support Representative - billing questions (remote)

Foxglove Quarry Arts Center is an arts centre in Charleston with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including school partnerships, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
