Customer Support Representative - billing questions (remote)

Harborlight Glen Energy is an energy provider in Grand Rapids focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including outage response, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
