Customer Support Representative - billing questions (remote)

Highbridge Lakeside Arts Center is an arts centre in Colorado Springs with a full calendar of events, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our billing questions. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including volunteer programmes, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
