Customer Support Representative - billing questions (remote)

Bluepeak Umber Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Milwaukee serving households and small businesses, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our billing questions. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including loan files, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
