Customer Support Representative - billing questions (remote)

Redstone Clear Freight Partners is a Wichita logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including carrier rates, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
