Customer Support Representative - billing questions (remote)

Foxglove Sparrow Arts Center Group runs a venue and education programmes in Milwaukee. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on billing questions. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including exhibitions, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with exhibitions. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
