Customer Support Representative - billing questions (remote)

Highbridge Pike Markets is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on billing questions for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including pricing, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
